This site has no analytics, no tracking and no cookies. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so while you read it your browser talks to nobody else.

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply to you. The form reaches us by email through Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel; both keep short-lived logs to run their services. We don’t add you to any list, and we don’t pass on what you send.

If you write to us about working with us, we use what you send only to consider you for work, and only the people you’d work with see it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in finding people to work with; you can object at any time, and we’ll delete it. We keep it for up to 12 months from your last message, in case something suitable comes up, then delete it. Ask and we’ll delete it sooner. If we end up working together, it becomes part of our working records.

We keep other enquiries in our email for as long as they are useful, and delete them if you ask. You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you by writing to dave@tha.la.
